The Consortium of Entrepreneurial Administrators is a division of The Corporation of Executives and Administrators (CEA) of 1981 and has setup its own admission procedures to meet the Professional Quality Management Standards (PQMS) in relation to all their awards including the Memberships. The Executive Board of Governors of CEA has laid out many levels assessment procedures as their qualifications are Work Oriented Knowledge Awards where by all candidates has to meet before they can enrol with the CEA.


The aim of Work Knowledge is to test ability of work performances. A variety of skills are tested - candidates need to be able to analyse, evaluate and communicate their ideas clearly at the time of assessment. Frequently, numerical manipulation is also required as is subsequent mode of assessment. The Work Knowledge of CEA most of them with common sense world view is based on the sciences that describe things outside of traditional approach. Candidates should explain suitable domain rich for exploration and for new business opportunities in answers of Work Knowledge. A good answer will always contain some originality of thought and demonstrate skills of perception. Work Knowledge in different levels are expected to answer in different manner.


  • a) Candidates should pass all the assessment and verification procedures to the professional quality standards laid out by UK-CCL

  • b) Re – Sit will be allowed only for two attempts and the failed to make it in those two attempts will leads to appear the whole four elements of the module by paying the full module        appropriate fee.

The option is given to the candidate to re-sit for the assessment which were below the Grade C Level in order to complete the required stage of CEA Professional Knowledge. To this end the CEAPD facilitates an extensive range of workshop and seminars through the Consistent Professional Development (CPD) scheme in collaboration with UK-Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL), which is to the standard to ISO 9001:2008. Distinguish Qualifications and Membership of the CEA are drawn from individuals who have experience of or responsibility in any Business Sectors and research activities

1. Compulsory Aptitude tests (level 100)

  • a. Aptitude tests shall be used if they are compulsory and if they and their pass marks are recognised by, and acceptable to CEA Boardof Examinations.

  • b. Candidates should display a good command of the language of instruction and, in marginal cases, should be given an approved oral and/or written test.

2. Learning controls

  • a. Ensure that candidates attending the regular management group discussion, seminars and workshops which is related to the respective work discipline.

  • b. Ensure that candidates working should stay abreast of current developments and problems and be prepared to describe how this is achieved.

  • c. Ensure that all learning at work, assignments and documentation are accurate and shouldensure the work produced is the respective candidate’s own product made     specifically for the corresponding CEA modules.

  • d. Execute the conditions of work learning in the respective level of CEA qualifications and make sure those candidates are submitting all workings within the deadlines of each     Learning. Failure to submit the Learning-work on time may result in a penalisation and a reduction ofcandidate marks.


  • 1. It is the responsibility of each candidate to ascertain when and where their assessments/examinations will take place, to attend all assessments and/or    examinations and to submit work for assessment as required and to provide the Board of Examiners of CEA in advance of their meeting with any relevant     documentary evidence relating to personal circumstances which may have affected their performance and which they wish to be taken into account by the     Board.

  • 2. If a candidate fails to attend examinations or to submit work for assessment without good cause, the examiners shall have the authority to deem the candidate to     have failed the assessments concerned.

  • 3. If a candidate fails without good cause to provide the examiners in advance of their meeting with information about any personal circumstances that may have    affected performance in assessments, anybody authorised by the Academic Board to consider requests for the examiners' decision(s) to be reviewed shall be     empowered to reject any such request on those grounds.

If a candidate is found to have cheated, plagiarised or attempted to gain an unfair advantage, the examiners shall have authority to deem the candidate to have failed part or all of the assessments and the authority to determine whether or not the candidate shall be permitted to be reassessed.

Professional Route Application

Where applicants seek exemption, an exemption fee will have to be paid. The exemption fee can apply for the Professional route where candidates submit prior qualifications upon registration and seek exemption. For exemption fees, please see the Membership Fee Chart.However, the first year subscription fee must be paid together with the registration fee. If any applicant fails to be awarded membership, the 1st Year subscription will be refunded. However, in most cases, as applicants go through an initial screening, even before being given an application form, applicants are successful.


Annual subscription is due and payable on the first day of January each year. If a registered member fails to pay his/her annual subscription by December 31st, his/her registration may be terminated. If the membership is terminated, the candidate will be required to pay the administration fee of UK Sterling fifty pounds (£50.00) in addition to the current annual subscription if he/she wants re-registration.


An opportunity is given to all learning candidates on successful completion of each level and have met necessary work experience can upgrade their level of Membership. To upgrade, the applicant must hold candidate Membership and should not have defaulted in their subscriptions. A letter of request must be forward to the Membership Committee giving valid reasons for the upgrade and must show evidence for qualifying for the next level of membership.The candidate will have to sit for the relevant level of examination for the upgrade he/she seeks. For example, if a candidate is an Affiliate member, and wants to upgrade to Associate level, he/she will have to pay the relevant exemption fee. That amount must be paid in full. The Upgrading fee is Fifty UK Sterling (£ 50.00). If an applicant is unsuccessful, the amount will be refunded after deducting the administrative expenses of fifteen UK Sterling (£ 15.00).

Disciplinary Control

Active and paidCEA members are eligible to use theirrespective Faculty's designated letters after their names. Candidates must adhere to the rules at all times with prompt payment of the annual subscription. Disciplinary action will be taken if any member or registered person infringes CEA's professional and ethical guide.

Application Procedure

All applicants have to completea CEACandidate Application form and must enclose copies of supporting documentation to the CEALocal Approved LearningAcademy for initial processing. The Professional Learning Academy in return will submit the application to the CEA International Coordination Centre in Great Britain.All applications must be accompanied with the correct non-refundable registration fee. The application will be assessed and verified by the Education and Membership Committee (EMC) of CEA will then issue the appropriate Grade of Membership for each candidate.The CEA Education and Membership Committee (EMC) or Rector-General has the power to decline any application without formal reasoning. The decisions of theEMC are final.
