GOVERNING BODY

The General Executive Governing Board (GEGB) is the professionals, who undertake the responsibilities on an honorary basis of the CEA entire operations as the Trustees and formulating all policies. Any changes or amendments of the structure or operations must have the full approval of the General Executive Governing Board. The sole Member with Power of Veto will be the Executive Governor General. The Executive Governor General has the right and the power to nominate any individual for any position of the CEA in consultation with the other officials. The General Executive Governing Board will meet twice in a year to oversee the entire operations of the CEA. The General Executive Council (GEC) and Executive Management Council (EMC) members will remain in their respective position until their period of office. If any unprofessional behaviour of members or as a council, the Executive Governor General has the authorities to call for any changes or dissolve Council.


The General Executive Governing Board Members are being the Trustees of the CEA and it is an honorary position without any remuneration for their individual contribution, subsistence, incidental expenses and honorarium will be reimbursed with the approval of Executive Governor General. The General Executive Governing Board is the governing council to change, supervise and implement the bylaws and the Article Memorandum of the CEA. The Executive Management Council’s responsibility is to take care of the day to day administrative operation of the CEA. This power is bestowed upon the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) whose position is a honorary and voluntary and nominated by the General Executive Governing Board and it is reviewed on a five (5) years and it could be renewed with all party concern.


GENERAL OPERATION AND ADMINISTRATION

The General Executive Governing Board and General Executive Council has empowered the important task and responsibility to Executive Management Council of the entire administrative operation with the guide lines that General Day to day Operation and Administrative Management must be handled by the Deputy CEO, as this position will be held by a person who will be an employee of CEA. The Deputy CEO, under the direct supervision and leadership of the Honorary CEO, as they are nominated and will hold the position on an honorary basis. The Deputy CEO has the full authority on all day to day management decisions and has the power to nominate any number of Management Committees (MC) to execute the entire function of CEA. In relation to Academic matters and must consult the authorised External Examination Board (EB) UK-Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL) and Assessors and Verifiers (AV) and to perform the centre verification to the quality standard to ISO 9001:2008. It is also made to understand that the conclusion must have approval of Executive Governor General.


EXECUTIVE BOARD OF ADJUDICATORS

The Executive Board of Governors and Trustees (EBGT) of the Consortium of Entrepreneurial Administrators(CEA) are academically qualified professionals who undertake the responsibilities of managing and operating CEA on an honorary basis and also formulate all policies to maintain a high quality professional standards. Any changes or amendments to the structure or operation must have the full approval of the Executive Board of Governors and Trustees. The Executive Board of Governors are the Trustees of the CEA and it is an honorary position without any remuneration for their individual contribution, but subsistence, incidental expenses and honorarium will be reimbursed with the approval of Executive Governor General.


The sole Life Member with Power of Veto will be the Executive Governor General. The Executive Governor General has the right and the power to nominate any individual for any position of the CEA in consultation with the other committee or council officials of the CEA. The Executive Board of Governors is the governing council to change, supervise and implement the bylaws and the Articles Memorandum of CEA.


The Executive Board of Governors will meet twice in a year to oversee the entire operations of the CEA carried out by the Executive Administrative Management Council (EAMC). The Executive Board of Governors will remain in their respective position, until the Executive Governor General call for any changes or dissolve the Executive Administrative Management Council. The EAMC is not elected but nominated by the EBG and the nominated persons can be removed from office if they breach any of the organisation's rules, or for non-compliance, or non-performance of their obligations. An Executive Administrative Management Council (EAMC) is nominated to take the responsibility to manage the day-to-day operations and to take decision in consultation with the General Executive Council of CEA. The General Executive Council (GEC) is elected from within the active paid members of the CEA.


EXECUTIVE BOARD OF GOVERNORS/ TRUSTEES

The Executive Board of Governors and Trustees (EBGT) are the main council who handle and take responsibility of maintaining professional Quality Management Standards of entire function of CEA. All other Councils, and Committees are answerable to Executive Board of Governors and Trustees (EBGT). Every member of EBGT execute their professional services on Honourary basis and their expenses are met by the Bursary of CEA.

EXECUTIVE SENATE LEGISLATURE (ESL)

The Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) of CEA are the implementers as the Executives & Administrators. The CEA being non Academic Professional Knowledge Awarding Body has the combination of a UK and International professional who has the vision that seeks to elevate every non-academic working individual who has hands on work experience in taking forward with the unique concept of elevating to Professional Status by taking into account of their Knowledge, Life Learning and Experiences. This in return will translate into an internationally accepted Professional Knowledge Distinguish Entrepreneurial Knowledge Memberships.The ESL has the authority to formalise the structure of awarding rights and concepts to their correct standards.

CEA’s Executive Board of Governors wishes to maintain and confirm the infrastructure of the Executive Senate Legislature (ESL) is fully answerable to the CEA’s Board of Governors with regards to the formulation of the rules and regulations of the `awarding concept and procedures.’ Any change in the operation or adoption must have the final approval of the Executive Court of Governors.


The Vice and Deputy Presidents of the Executive Senate Legislature are responsible for the entire supervision of the day to day operation of the CEA. The Pro- President is responsible for the Distinguish Memberships Awards of CEA. The Board of Governors has the final authority in determining whether to extend or terminate an individual’s position within the Executive Senate Legislature.

COUNCIL OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (CBD)

The Council of Business Development (CBD) is a team of professionals who are dedicated to the welfare of the CEA’s progress in every area to make the concept and vision known on an international level. The CBD will have the following operational structure. They will be directly answerable to the Executive Senate Legislatures. The appointment of professionals to the CBD must have the final consent of the Executive Governor General (EGG) of the CEA. The Executive Board of Governors and Trustees (EBGT) is the Supreme Executive Official of the CEA, who has the executive power to nominate or eradicate any professionals from the council, if they do not perform to the expectations of the Executive Court of Governors.


The Executive Board of Governors and Trustees (EBGT) have come to a unanimous conclusion that, for the betterment of effective operations, it has been agreed to permit the CBD to establish representative under the International Council and a number of Regional Business Development Divisions. All the Business Development Divisions will be monitored and answerable to the Council of Business Development (CBD). The Regional Operation will be headed by its own Regional Director for Business Development.

COUNCIL OF ASSESSORS AND VERIFIERS (CAV)

CEA being Non Academic awarding body of Great Britain, in order to maintain a high quality standard of their qualifications and membership they should have council who could perform the assessment and verification respectively. To this effect Executive Board of Governors and Trustees (EBGT) has come up with COUNCIL OF ASSESSORS AND VERIFIERS (CAV) to manage this division in collaboration with the understanding with the independent Professional Knowledge Assessors and Verifiers known to be UK-Commission for Consistent Learning (UK-CCL) to perform this important task for them. In that understanding all the applicants for the CEA awards and Membership must have the approval of UK-CCL.


The head of COUNCIL OF ASSESSORS AND VERIFIERS (CAV) to come under direct supervision of the Executive Rector General of the CEA. Thrice a year they will meet with the Executive Governor General of the CEA at the Corporate Office in Great Britain. But the CAV will meet at least four times a year and will make their suggestions to the Executive Senate Legislatures. The COUNCIL OF ASSESSORS AND VERIFIERS (CAV) will form a Regional Representative CAV in every country to monitor day to day operations. The Regional Representation will have the Operational Management Structure to perform their duties respectively. They will be directly answerable to the COUNCIL OF ASSESSORS AND VERIFIERS (CAV).. The appointment of the International and Regional Representative operations must have the final consent of the Executive Governor General of the CEA.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT COUNCIL (EMC)

The Executive Management Council’s responsibility is to take care of the day to day administrative operation of CEA. The Head of the Administration Operation will be the Deputy Rector General and they will be answerable to the Executive Council of Governors and Trustees of the CEA.

COUNCIL OF HONORARY INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARS (CHIS)

In an effort to increase our global appeal and to create interaction with international high profile intellectuals, the Executive Board of Governors has formed the Council of Honorary International Scholars (CHIS). This council will assist in many ways to its own members and give honorary services to the CEA and its members as a whole. The CEA Executive Board of Governors and Trustees wishes to emphasise that, members of the Honorary International Scholars are the Honorific Ceremonial Officials and Representatives of the CEA. The professionals are selected from various walks of life and have honed their own expertise and have been appointed by the Honorary Executive Governor General of the CEA. The minimum term of office will be three years, but with both parties’ willingness, it can be extended for a number of years.


The International Scholars are nominated and approved by the Board of Executive Governors. They are the mentors of the CEA and their responsibilities and duties will be spread among CEA’s aims and objectives and will participate in all the official functions of the CEA locally and internationally as the Emissary. The Executive Board of Governors wishes to notify anyone concerned that the list of names and titles offered by CEA-FE, can be amended without any prior notice to Council Members as the nominations are carried out on an individual basis and it is an Honorary Position Therefore no forum is required for any amendments to this particular Council. They are the mentors of the CEA and they do not hold any legal responsibilities of CEA, but they are the guardians of CEA’s Executive Board of Governors.
